Wrestling Moves

There are literally thousands of different ways to do the thousands of different moves and every coach and wrestler does them slightly different based upon their size, coordination, body type, coaching, and opponent. However, by combining these moves into various wrestling “series” we can generally anticipate where our opponent is likely going to be and thus make our job of pinning them that much easier! These are the moves and techniques that we try to teach and your wrestler should be practicing.
