NAVY MAT CLUB
Navy is having their mat club at the Naval Academy on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00-8:15 PM. Mat Club is managed by the venerable Wayne Hicks. . All you need for mat club is a valid USA Wrestling Card.

Practice nights and youngsters -
Many parents like to have their elementary kids in bed by 8-8:30 pm on school nights and CBW understands the importance of a routine and a good nights sleep. Having practice from 7-8:30 interrupts this, hence missing the opportunity to have some of these little guys wrestle. Our suggestion for this is to skip the Tuesday night practice, attend only the Thursday and Friday evening practices. We want to recruit, educate and train these little guys but understand the challenges we face as parents. Skipping the Tuesday evening practice gives out little ones (and parents of little ones) a nice break in the middle of the week and transition into the weekend.
